Delete Account

Deleting a QuestWord account is permanent and removes the parent account, every child profile created under it, and all associated gameplay, progression, and purchase history. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open QuestWord and log in as the parent account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings (from the app or the Parent Dashboard).
3. Select Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Answer the confirmation prompt to verify you’re the account holder.

You can also go straight there once logged in: Settings → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Your parent account’s email and billing information, every child profile’s display name, avatar, and gameplay history (matches, words solved, progression, purchases), and any active subscription is cancelled. Deletion cascades across every part of QuestWord that references your account or your children’s profiles.

Don’t have app access anymore?

If you can’t log in to delete the account yourself — a lost device, forgotten password, or similar — contact Support with the account email and we’ll help you delete it.
